Here is a great example of a cap alignment challenge:

“We actually make those chucks so that there is a press fit on those caps because they are not symmetrical. There is no way to hold the cap, so we make these chucks on a CNC mill that are perfectly sized and when they no longer hold the cap we throw the chuck away and replace it. That is the most important part of that process.”
